Willa Blank is a multidisciplinary designer specializing in FF&E sourcing and artisan/vendor partnerships for residential and hospitality design projects. She approaches each project with a balance of precision and creativity—pairing a deep knowledge of sourcing and fabrication with a sensitivity to materials, craft, and context.

Her spaces often begin with clean, modern lines and evolve through layers of natural materials, rich textiles, and well-chosen objects that reflect a “collected over time” sensibility. The result is environments that feel timeless, grounded, and full of character.

A graduate of RISD with a background in fashion, entrepreneurship, and brand collaborations, Willa brings a holistic perspective that bridges artistry and strategy. She began her career designing for brands like Marc by Marc Jacobs, Trademark and J.Crew, before founding several ventures of her own:

  • Blank Studio, a creative space in SoHo for editorial/advertising shoots and experiential events

  • Blank Supply, a line of one-of-a-kind handmade pieces crafted from vintage textiles, including product collaborations with Alex Mill.

  • The Blank Farmhouse, a 100-year-old Catskills property she fully renovated and operated before its profitable sale

Willa’s experience as both designer and founder allows her to move fluidly between creative direction, material sourcing, project management, and client relations. Whether leading a design project, curating finishes, or collaborating with a team of makers, she’s drawn to projects that celebrate collaboration, elevate everyday experiences, and highlight the subtle details that make a space more memorable.
